Mobile printing
With the population of mobile workers expecting to represent 38% of the total global workforce by 2015, it is important for organizations to give their employees the flexibility to print from any location or mobile device.
FollowMe has evolved to make printing more convenient regardless of location, by enabling users to submit documents for print via email or web client.
In addition, the dependency on mobile devices to support productivity has resulted in a growing requirement to print from mobile devices.
Delegated printing
It is time consuming and often frustrating for assistants when they are unable to operate fully on their manager's behalf. The same can be said for printing, managers need the functionality to delegate their printing securely to assistants.
With the delegated printing feature, assistants are empowered with the convenience to print securely for their managers.
Department heads can also benefit during times of staff absence, as staff can print on behalf of the absent staff.
